Born and raised in Cupertino, Raffi is as local as a local can get.  He and his family have lived in Willow Glen for 20+ years and love it!  

When joining the Crum Constantino team - he redirected his strengths as an entrepreneur in the entertainment industry to the world of Real Estate.  If you want to work with someone who brings positive energy, enthusiasm and the negotiating skills to get a deal done, Raffi’s it!

Before real estate, Raffi was an influential player in the entertainment industry and ran a successful entertainment company (Sound In Motion Entertainment) for 25+ years. Planning events, being a DJ/MC, cultivating relationships, developing partnerships, marketing and advertising were a part of his daily responsibilities and ones that came naturally to him.  You might also recognize Raffi “King Raffi” from his days as a Bay Area radio personality (KOME, LIVE 105, MIX 106.5).  

When Raffi isn’t working, he loves to spend time with his family in Carmel, Monterey & Pacific Grove.  Funny enough, his love of the area has now led him to helping clients purchase their vacation homes along the coast.  Raffi has built relationships with many prominent agents in the market to get deals done.

Raffi is focused and dedicated to helping his clients, friends and family make their real estate dreams a reality.
