I work closely with both buyers and sellers to understand their wants and needs. Once I have a thorough understanding of what is driving my client, I then create a buying or selling strategy that will align with my client’s goals. In addition, being a millennial and growing up in Silicon Valley has armed me with the ability to skillfully and effectively use technology to help my buyers and sellers. Through the use of today’s top tech mediums: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat etc. I have routinely maximized the exposure of my seller’s properties which usually results in a successfully closed transaction. Conversely, I use technology to assist my buyers in making very well-informed decisions about their purchase. Whether it be finding a home with the best schools, a local park to walk the dog, or where to buy groceries, my buyers will have the necessary info to feel like they’ve been part of the neighborhood for years from day one.
